A busy day in the sun

Today started out extra early and not by choice. Owen had some trouble sleeping so he woke at 3:30 a.m. and Scott and i were up until about 6 trying to get him to sleep again. Needless to say, we're tired and its only 8 p.m. We think he's teething because the amount of drool coming out of his cute little mouth is unbelieveable!

We went out for breakfast this morning and Owen enjoyed his own pancake with syrup. Then we walked up the beach for a long time while Owen had a nap in the stroller. It was such a beautiful day - we could have walked for hours except that i got blisters on my feet.

Then we came home and spent the rest of the day in the shade by the pool.

We just came back from dinner out at 'Spinners', a restaurant on St. Pete's Beach which spins to view the beach from all angles. The sunset was perfect and Owen hung in until we were finished our meals. I think we're all going to bed early tonight and hopefully Owen will let us sleep in until at least 7 a.m. Wish us luck!
